A lot of the problem is that we tend to attract the "instant action/ Instant gratification" crowd after big events. If they cant be in a battleship and fighting in 2000 man fleets in under an hour due to a cash shop theyre going to be disappointed.
Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

It was rather a 'what the hell just happened and what do t do now?" moment.
My favorite part was completing the tutorials/starter agents, and then getting that pass or certificate to go straight into FW.
Is that still a thing? Because that made for some pretty hilarious moments..

There needs to be a burner-type NPC that comes in and ganks you during the tutorials. Just outta nowhere. Just to get that fear of loss out of the way. But it needs to happen just like it would in Highsec, so there will need to be a CONCORD response to the 'burner', and maybe a small 'convo' from the responding CONCORD agent explaining that CONCORD is a reactive force and not a proactive force.
